Problems with weight began, only in six months I recovered by 7 kg. Skin problems joined them: the face was covered with a mass of acne and pustules. In addition, I felt exhausted, as if I was already over 40, in my 24 years. Job problems started. And on top of that, my boyfriend dumped me (due to the fact that I gained a lot)!

I was lonely, depressed, it seemed to me that life had lost all meaning. This made me look for ways to get out of depression. After spending many hours looking for something valuable on the Internet, I began to collect the most useful techniques. I put them into practice right away, there was no time to postpone.
