The eye of the Illuminati. Illuminati - who are they? Secret Society of the Illuminati

The Illuminati is a secret Luciferian order founded on May 1, 1776 in Ingolstatt, Bavaria (Germany) by the famous freemason Adam Weishaupt. The organization was a branch of higher, or enlightened, Freemasonry and existed as a separate order within the order. The activities of the Illuminati were closely connected with the powerful French Masonic lodge "Grand Orient". The name of the order (literally “Enlightened Ones”) means that its members are initiated into the secret teachings of Lucifer, who, according to the doctrines of Enlightened Freemasonry, is the bearer, or source, of enlightenment.

The Illuminati were conceived with one sole purpose - to carry out the plans of higher Freemasonry to create a New World Order, and for this they were instructed to seek access to key political circles in European governments and try to influence the decisions of European leaders as advisers.

Regarding those government members targeted by the Illuminati for overthrow, Weishaupt noted:

“Therefore, our duty commands us to surround them, its (the Order of the Illuminati) members so that the uninitiated have no access to them. In this way we can best carry out the policies of the order. If anyone is inclined to listen more to the princes than to the order, he does not fit the order and should not advance further. We must do everything possible to ensure that the Illuminati are promoted to all important government positions. By implementing this plan, we will rule all of humanity. Thus, using the simplest methods, we will set the whole mechanism in motion. Positions must be planned and distributed so that we can secretly influence all political affairs."

For the order's strategy to succeed, its activities and the names of its members had to remain secret. Therefore, the newly initiated swore to keep the secret with a blood oath. Such an oath showed them what would happen to them if they ever left the order or declassified its plans. Also, for security reasons, the order's correspondence was conducted through symbols and pseudonyms. For example, Weishaupt's pseudonym is Spartak.

The Order asserted its influence at the Masonic Congress in Wilhelmsbad, which took place on July 16, 1782. This meeting "included representatives of all the secret societies, such as the Martinists, Freemasons and Illuminati, now numbering no less than three million people throughout the world." This enabled the Illuminati to assert their power over the lodges in Europe, so that they began to be considered the undisputed leaders of the one world movement. Historian Nesta Webster notes: “What happened at this terrible convention will never be known to the outside world, because even those people who were drawn into the movement unwittingly and there for the first time heard about the true intentions of the leaders had already taken an oath not to reveal anything. Such an honest Mason as the Comte de Viriers, a member of the Martinist group in Lyon, upon returning from the congress at Wilhelmsbad, could not hide his fear, and when asked about the “dramatic secrets” he brought with him, he replied:

“I won’t give them to you. I can only say that this is much more serious than you think. The created conspiracy network is so well conceived that it will be impossible for either the monarchy or the church to recognize it.” “From that moment and forever,” writes his biographer M. Casta de Beauregard, “the Comte de Virieux could only speak about Freemasonry with horror.”

At the congress, it was decided to move the headquarters of enlightened Freemasonry, which had already turned into a fortress for Rothschild and international financiers, from Bavaria to Frankfurt. Naturally, the subsequent alliance between the Rothschild family and the Illuminati turned out to be beneficial for both parties, because it expanded their influence throughout Europe.

Only after almost ten years of existence was the Illuminati order discovered and exposed by the Bavarian government as a result of information received from initiates of the order. The leadership of Bavaria hastily confiscated valuable documents of the order. Copies of these documents were then sent to all European leaders to warn them of the plot. However, some of these leaders had already fallen under the influence of the order. Others found these plans so outrageous that they refused to believe in their plausibility and take the warning seriously.

Unbelief remains to this day the most important factor working in favor of Freemasonry. It is not easy for decent people to believe that there are individuals so evil by nature who, in fact, are trying to take control of the world in the name of Lucifer (Satan). This sounds more like the plot of a James Bond movie than real life. However, I have discovered that, as hard as it may be to believe, the attempt to create a Luciferian New World Order was and remains a reality.

Although several members of the order were subsequently persecuted by the Bavarian government, most of the initiates managed to escape. They were adopted by various European leaders. For example, Weishaupt found refuge with Duke Sachs-Gott, with whom he remained until his death in 1811.

Before the Illuminati was exposed, the organization's activities had already spread to many countries, including the United States. Since 1776, at least three US presidents have warned the public about Illuminati activities in this country. One of these presidents is George Washington:

“I know enough about the dishonest, dangerous plan and teachings of the Illuminati to doubt that the doctrine of the Illuminati and the principles of the Jacobins have spread also to the United States.”

Washington denounced the order in two messages he wrote in 1798 and again warned America about foreign influence in his farewell address. George Washington, expressing concern that the American people might fall under the rule of these corrupt forces, stated:

“The jealousy of free people must be constantly directed against the insidious tricks of other people's control. (I beg you, fellow citizens, to believe me!) History and experience have proven that foreign control is one of the most pernicious enemies of republican government. However, for this jealousy to be useful, it must be impartial, otherwise it can turn into an instrument of control instead of serving as a defense against it, which must be prevented. Excessive reverence for one nation and excessive dislike for another leads to the fact that people driven by these feelings see danger only on one side, covering up insidious control (and even helping it) on the other. True patriots who can resist the temptation to be favored risk becoming targets of suspicion and hatred; and those who have fallen victim to temptation and turned into its gullible toys are rewarded with applause and gain the trust of those people whose interests they betray

For us, the basic principle of action in relation to foreign nations is to, while expanding our trade relations, have as few political relations with them as possible. Until now, we have already established certain relationships, and they must be maintained accurately and conscientiously. But let's stop there."

If only America would listen to President Washington's sound advice!

Although the Illuminati order officially ceased to exist after its exposure in the 1880s, the Grand Orient Lodge in France continued to try to establish its influence. Operating through the Grand Orient and the network of dedicated Masonic lodges created by Weishaupt, High Freemasonry continues to carry out its plans to establish a New World Order.

One of the factors working in favor of Freemasonry is that it rarely, if not never, acts in its own name. To legalize their activities, Freemasons found other organizations, such as the Illuminati, which were assigned special tasks. This way, if anything goes wrong or is discovered, Freemasonry will remain relatively unscathed, maintaining that it has nothing to do with the matter.

In the last years of the 18th century and throughout the 19th century, enlightened Freemasonry continued to operate in this manner, creating new organizations to carry out the task begun by the Illuminati order. Some researchers still generally call them the Illuminati.

The first major “achievement” of enlightened Freemasonry is that it, through the Jacobin Society and Napoleon Bonaparte, who was one of its members, became the inspiration for the French Revolution. Enlightened Freemasonry also received support from Voltaire, Robespierre, Danton and Marat, who were prominent Freemasons. The true motives of the Jacobin society and its members became clear when it called Weishaupt its "great patriot".

As soon as the United States declared its independence, the same European forces immediately began to make efforts to bring the young American banking system under their control. The leader of this movement was Alexander Hamilton, considered by some to be an Illuminati agent. President Thomas Jefferson, being well aware of the conspiracy, said the following:

“If the American people ever allow private banks to control the printing of money, then these banks and corporations will, first through inflation and then through deflation, deprive the people of all their property. And one day their children will wake up homeless on the continent that was conquered by their fathers."

In addition, enlightened Freemasonry was partly responsible for sparking the American Civil War in the mid-19th century. It so happened that the city of Charleston, South Carolina, where the Confederate movement began, was at that time the headquarters of Scottish Rite Freemasonry in America. This is a little-known fact that Freemasonry successfully keeps secret from society to this day. The headquarters of the Scottish Rite later moved to Washington, D.C., where it remains to this day.

Abraham Lincoln strongly opposed the Illuminati's efforts to establish a proprietary banking system. His insight and wisdom prevented the founding of such a system for forty years.

Shortly before his violent death, President Lincoln warned:

“As a result of the war, corporations were put on the throne. They will be followed by an era of corruption in leadership circles, and the country's financial elite will try to maintain their power, acting to the detriment of their people until they concentrate wealth in the hands of a few people and the republican system is destroyed. Therefore, at this moment, I feel much more concerned about the safety of my country than ever before, even more than at the height of the war.”

In 1913, the persistent efforts of enlightened Freemasonry were eventually rewarded: the Federal Reserve system was created, which became an instrument of the European Illuminati's constant influence on American finances and at the same time provided them with more and more money to advance the affairs of the order. Some of this money would eventually go to fund the Council on Foreign Relations, which was created under the influence of a man named Edward Mandel House.

Colonel House, as he was called, was an Illuminati devoted to the interests of the Rothschild-Warburg-Rockefeller cartel in creating a unified world, and served as its agent in the White House * .

Note:

* House's father, Thomas W. House, was a Rothschild agent who supplied the South with goods from France and England during the Civil War. He first became known throughout the country in 1912, when he participated in the nomination of Woodrow Wilson for the presidency of the United States. After Wilson's election as president, House became his closest personal adviser. He was to Wilson what Henry Kissinger was to President Richard Nixon. Undoubtedly, House became a dominant figure in the White House, known for his activism in the areas of banking and foreign policy.

As Wilson's chief adviser, House achieved much. Along with other things, he managed to convince the President to support and sign the act establishing the Federal Reserve, thus turning it into law. Later, realizing his mistake, Woodrow Wilson said with remorse: “Unwittingly, I destroyed my country.”

During World War I, which began a year after the law was passed, House served as Wilson's chief representative in Europe on a secret mission. Quite quickly he managed to involve the United States in the war (April 1917). After the end of the war, in 1918, House tried his best to secure support for the plan to create the League of Nations.

Founded in part with Rockefeller money, the League of Nations was intended to serve as the first political step towards the creation of world governance. Thanks to House's efforts, President Wilson became the main speaker of the League of Nations and generally recognized as its creator, although in reality House was in charge of it all.

However, what was Wilson’s confusion and confusion when he could not even convince his own country to join the newly formed organization. The American people strongly opposed this move towards globalism and, by putting strong pressure on Congress, convinced it to reject the agreement. The refusal of the United States to participate in the League of Nations was a huge failure for Colonel House and the internationalists: world governance is impossible without the participation of a world governing power. However, the setback turned out to be temporary. The globalists learned from this life experience and never again underestimated the power of the American people or Congress. To ensure that such an incident would not happen again, the cartel, with the help of House and his henchmen, created

Numerous superstitions, rumors and conspiracy theories are associated with this name. They are feared and considered Satanists or secret world rulers. They are credited with a huge influence on the entire world history, the preparation and implementation of revolutions, conspiracies, coups and so on and so forth.

They allegedly control the government structures of all countries and at all times. This is a powerful and ancient, although somewhat mythical, order. And perhaps they are themselves World government, which stands in the shadows behind famous government officials and skillfully manipulates them.

What is true in all these conspiracy theories and what is pure fiction? Are these Illuminati as powerful and terrible as they say?

In general, when it comes to secret societies, distinguish truth from fiction is quite difficult, because over the centuries a whole halo of fiction has developed around them (that’s why they are secret societies). It is beneficial for some forces to blame failures on the enemy, for others to attribute power to those who do not possess it and divert attention from the true rulers.

Conspiracy theory- otherwise a conspiracy theory. This theory holds that most of the important social and political changes in human history occurred due to the intervention of powerful forces, possibly secret societies.

It is believed that many coups, wars and other tragic events in human society are inspired by influential unions or orders. The Illuminati have been considered one of the most odious for many decades.

It should also be noted that members of a wide variety of groups, sects and communities were called Illuminati at different times. The common name "Illuminati" in modern conspiracy theories refers to the secret World Government. And most likely, it does not refer specifically to the very historical community that was originally named that way.

Where did the name come from

The name of the order is historical and refers to a specific society. The very name “Illuminati” arose in the 18th century in Bavaria(a united Germany did not exist then). The founder of the society (or order) of the Bavarian Illuminati was the famous theologian and philosopher Adam Weishaupt.

Weishaupt himself was a supporter of the ideas of enlightenment, humanism, and in theology - deism. Deism recognizes the divine creation of the world, but does not recognize many mystical and supernatural phenomena. Deists place a high value on logic, freedom, and human reason. They try to reconcile science and religion so that they do not contradict each other, but complement each other.

From a deist point of view, holy books– The Bible, Torah, Koran, etc. are not divine revelations. They are written by people, so they are full of logical errors, confusion and contradictions. Traditional religions are too dogmatic and deprive their followers of freedom of choice, free will and freedom to think differently.

Here to promote these ideas of yours Adam Weishaupt and created a secret society. His declared goal was the improvement of humanity, its ennoblement and, in a sense, liberation from outdated dogmas.

The idea of human improvement was declared to all members of society. But the ultimate goal - replacing Christianity with deism and the monarchy with a republic - was revealed only to the initiated.

Weishaupt himself took as a basis structure of the order Jesuits. At first he wanted to use Masonic traditions, but then he considered that these “secrets” did not have a serious basis. But he joined the Masonic lodge to replenish his society with new members.

History of the Illuminati Society

From the very beginning the society was not numerous. It consisted only 5 people. Members of the society themselves chose suitable candidates and carried out propaganda among possible comrades.

Initially, the Society of the Illuminati was joined by lecturers at the University of Ingolstadt, where Adam Weishaupt himself worked. But there were few of them. But the alliance with the Freemasons brought a significant increase in society members.

The ideas of society attracted people from the upper classes, artists and educators. But such ideas could not please the official authorities. There was a split in society: the leaders did not share power. And because of this, many secrets of the Illuminati became public knowledge. By the end of the 18th century, the society was banned; the Pope also joined in the condemnation, which is not surprising.

Adam Weishaupt was forced flee to Thuringia, where he later died.

Illuminati and conspiracy theories

Bavarian Order fell apart a long time ago. But followers of conspiracy ideas believe that the Illuminati and Freemasons are practically the same thing. Sometimes these concepts are directly confused.

An argument in favor of such a mixture is the symbol of the Illuminati on the US state seal - an unfinished pyramid.

SECRET SOCIETIES

Illuminati

There are very few historically documented or confirmed references to the Illuminati. And most likely, this is why various conspiracy theories are attributed to the Illuminati, many consider them to be Freemasons, although this fact is only partly true, while others consider the Illuminati to be Reptilians or Anunnaki [which is also quite understandable why] , but we'll talk about them later. For example, the first mentions of three Illuminati orders/communities, as well as a brief mention of the Bavarian Illuminati, are reported Encyclopedic Dictionary Brockhaus and Efron, here is a quote from him:

"... IN 575 oznik Spain mystic-fanatical union under the name Alombrados.
IN 623 g similar union Guerients fiddling around in France, also soon suppressed by the Inquisition. Both communities ceased to exist due to their persecution by the Inquisition.
IN 722 south of France an alliance was formed with the mystical-theosophical movement, which ceased to exist only with the onset of the revolution...
Primarily, the Illuminati are members of a society founded in ae 1776 Dame Weishaupt. In 1785, decisive measures were taken against the Illuminati ..."

"Society of Bavarian Illuminati" founded May 1, 1776 University of Ingolstadt by a young German professor Adam Weishaupt (1748-1830) originally consisted of only five members [these were students and close friends] The main core of the order included nine members, who were primarily officials.

Weishaupt was educated from the age of eight under the guidance of a Jesuit [The Jesuit Order, officially the Society of Jesus, is a male monastic order of the Roman Catholic Church, founded in 1534 by Ignatius of Loyola] was a fan of their tactics and external techniques. After 15 years of studying at the gymnasium, where his educators and teachers paid the main attention to the fact that the students devoted all their time to worship and only one day a week was devoted to classes, and even those consisted of meaningless cramming of textbooks without any explanations, Weishaupt entered the university, in which the same dominates scholasticism *.

Diligently studying ethics and being carried away by the idea of moral improvement, he gradually comes to the idea of joining a secret society. At first, his attention was attracted to the Fraco-Masonic lodges, about which he had previously formed a high opinion, but after studying Masonic works, he was greatly disappointed: he was struck by the lack of conspiracy among the Masons, as well as the emptiness of the internal content of the Masonic degrees. And little by little, Adam Weishaupt began to develop a desire to found a new secret society, which would have the goal of improving people and creating human happiness.

Weishaupt was a sworn enemy of the Jesuits, but borrowed the organization of his society from them. It was based on a strict hierarchical order, the subordination of members of society to the will of its head and the principle of justifying means by ends. Weishaupt was a well-known supporter deism * intended to use his organization for the purpose of disseminating and popularizing this teaching, as well as liberal ideas of enlightenment. The goals were: the fight against ignorance and the spread of morality. The official goal of the Illuminati was the improvement and ennoblement of humanity through the “building of a new Jerusalem” [which in my opinion is not surprising, what is the name of the founder, and cramming and daily worship in the Jesuit college did their job]

At first, the Illuminati Order was concentrated in the south of Germany, in Bavaria [hence the Bavarian order] , but from the end of 1779, a zealous Illuminati, the Marquis of Constanzo, began a propaganda trip around Germany and met a young freemason Baron in Frankwurt am Main Adolf von Knigge (1752-1796), who at one time wanted to reform Freemasonry.

Like the Freemasons, they were divided into various categories, and only the highest category of initiates discovered the secret goal of the society: the replacement of the Christian religion with deism and the monarchical form of government with a republican one. In 1780, the Order of the Illuminati numbered up to 2 thousand members [most of whom, by the way, were former Masons] Many high-ranking officials belonged to it.

In 1784 Discord arose between Weishaupt and Knigge, due to the fact that they had different views on religious and political ideals - this was why von Knigge's exit from the order Llluminati.

But at that time the growing order was already harboring within itself the seeds of decay. Jesuit tactics compromised the moral goals that the founders set for themselves. Mutual espionage brought distrust and suspicion, and the pursuit of new members of the order caused many suspicious people to join the order. By that time, the order already had quite a few enemies: the Illuminati was hated by the Bavarian clergy, especially secret and former Jesuits, lodges of strict obedience and Rosicrucians [Order of the Rose and Cross] They viewed the order with hostility and envy. The attacks on the order themselves began in 1783.

The soul of the conspiracy against the Illuminati was the court confessor, the secret Jesuit Frank, who in his letters to like-minded people joyfully reported:

"The last hour of the Illuminati has struck... with all my might I am working to destroy the Illuminati in the name of the religion of Christ, for the glory of the fatherland, for the glory of youth."

The result of these intrigues [Karl-Theodor heard rumors that the Illuminati were dissatisfied with his political plans and that the order was promoting the plans of the Austrian Emperor Joseph II to subjugate Bovaria] yul uka Elector Karl-Theodor * t July 22, 1784, which ordered the closure of most Masonic and Illuminati lodges.

Following this May 2, 1785, Elector of Bavaria Karl Theodor, issues a new decree closing all secret societies without exception, after which the persecution of the Illuminati immediately began - this became the end of the order's existence.

Weishaupt was expelled from Ingolstadt, after which he secretly hurried to leave the city [fled like the last rat from a sinking ship, leaving behind his friends and his seriously ill wife] went to Regensburg, where he found the patronage of the secret Illuminati Ernest Saxe-Gotha, who granted the exile the title of gofrat.
[meaning of the title: court councilor, first council at the court, the title was created in the country in 1498.]

In the period from 1784 to 1787, as a result of intrigues and conspiracies, four decrees were created against the Illuminati. Pope Pius VI also condemned the Illuminati [and it is not surprising, given the goals they pursued: substitution of religious teachings, moral self-improvement, humanity and sociability, craving for knowledge, what the church really did not want, it contradicted the goals of the church: duping the population and threatened with loss of authority and power] , and in 1787, membership in the Bavarian Illuminati society was declared criminal and punishable by death. The order was outlawed and presumably disintegrated.

But what is surprising is how in the beginning Great French Revolution *(1879-1899) supporters and enemies remembered the Order of the Illuminati and under their pen the order again acquired the formidable character of an explicitly political secret society pursuing revolutionary goals.

During the times of the RSFSR and the USSR, it was a symbol of creation and labor for the people. That's how we accepted him. At that time it was also said that this was a mystical symbol that had a secret meaning for the implementation of nefarious plans; many attributed it to the Freemasons.

From E. Chuiko’s address to the Russians:

"Even if the Masons put something “of their own” into this emblem, if the nomenklatura desecrated it, then our grandfathers and fathers sanctified this sign with their sweat and we do not have the right to simply throw it out of use.”

Some people believe, again from unreliable sources, that, I quote, “it’s possible that [hammer and sickle] Koro will be a symbol of cleansing the land of our Ancestors from defilement,” perhaps it will be so.

By the way, the sickle, as a lunar symbol, was used in pagan pantheons by many lunar gods, and in particular by gods who were in one way or another associated with death or the other world. Here are clear examples of this:

A partial Moon in the radiance of its rays means mourning, the apotheosis of death. In the medieval emblems of the Western world, and especially when associated with a star, the crescent moon is a symbolic image of paradise, as depicted in the first picture; in the second picture, the goddess of death and winter is Morana.

Dark goddess Kali, wife of Shiva. Note that the sickle-shaped blade depicts the all-seeing eye, in this case depicted as the Eye of Ra [Egyptian sun god]

And there are plenty of such examples; inquisitive minds can independently trace this symbolism, but let’s not deviate from the topic and continue the conversation directly about secret societies.

Now that everything has become clear with the Illuminati, the i’s have been dotted, we can move on to an equally secret organization, namely the Rosicrucian Order.

Many have heard about Illuminati, but few people know who they really are. Wikipedia gives the following definition Illuminati: these are occult-philosophical associations, organizations that secretly participate in the process of managing world political processes, and which influence the course of history.

At the same time, according to some historians, a person who, in one of his life manifestations, was Illuminati, throughout all subsequent lives must atone for sins for those crimes that he committed while Illuminati.

Scientists also claim that this secret organization existed for two thousand years, and often changed its names so as not to attract unnecessary attention from people and confuse its tracks.

No one who was an Illuminati spoke about it openly, because it meant death. All Illuminati valued their own lives very much, even though they knew about many incarnations.

The conscience of each Illuminati was blocked by the main dominant placed in their heads by the mentor. The Illuminati underwent special training after preliminary selection. The level of training was determined by the degree of initiation into the secrets of the secret earthly government. Only seven Illuminati had the highest degree of initiation.

Even before birth, a woman was selected for them who was to become their mother. Particularly gifted children with well-developed mental activity and a complete lack of conscience were selected into the ranks of the Illuminati with a lesser degree of dedication.

All Illuminati know who they are, know what they should do, and clearly carry out their tasks. Refusal to carry out an order means death.

All the Illuminati were convinced of their chosenness and exclusivity. They created rules for people, secretly controlled and controlled the governments of many countries.

At the same time, sources of funding and information are hidden from the public. Their secret orders cause crises and armed conflicts in the world. The members of this secret society have no sense of respect; they want to dominate other people.

The Illuminati do not trust anyone, they are cold, intelligent, calculating, insensitive and heartless towards people.

They use talented people in the field of activity they need, providing good material conditions and high salaries.

There are also conspiracy theorists who are confident that the history of the Illuminati order began approximately 6 thousand years ago.

Their belief is based on a Masonic legend, which says that around those ancient times, either otherworldly or extraterrestrial forces gave the Sumerian civilization the so-called Book of Power, written on stone.

Later, the Egyptians copied it on papyri, and strictly guarded it from prying eyes.

There is another version, according to which the Illuminati appeared in the Middle Ages. Then the order was a secret educational society of scientists who fought against the persecution of the Inquisition.

This theory includes in the order such world-famous scientists as Leonardo da Vinci, Nicolaus Copernicus, Galileo Galilei, Isaac Newton . In particular, the French journalist Etienne Casse speaks about this in his book "Falsified history."

The author also says that a similar secret order of scientists who protected secret knowledge from the common people existed in the ancient period, and among its members there were many famous ancient Greek scientists.

Scientists also say that there was another society in the world, which in its functions was close to the Illuminati. We are talking about the so-called Philadelphia Society.

It was first heard of at the beginning of the 14th century. It appeared in France, and the head of the Philadelphians became Guillard de Cressonessard, who proclaimed himself the angel of the Philadelphian Church. (this is exactly what is discussed in the Apocalypse). Cressonessar was declared a heretic in 1310 and imprisoned.

Several centuries later, in the 17th century, Philadelphians reappeared on the territory of England; they soon migrated to France, where the name Philadelphians was appropriated by one of the Masonic lodges that existed there.

At the same time, some scientists are confident that the secret society of the Illuminati was organized in the second half of the 18th century by a scientist from the University of Ingolstadt, which is located in Bavaria, Professor Adam Weishaupt.

At least, it was then, in May 1776, that the Illuminati came out openly.

At the same time, the first neophytes were accepted into the order. Initially, the society had only five people, but a few years later it already had four branches in various Bavarian cities.

In 1782, the number of the order was 300 people, and a few years later it reached 650 people.

Until that time, the order had representations not only in Bavaria, but also in Austria-Hungary, Poland, Holland, Sweden, Denmark, Spain, Italy, France, Switzerland and Russia.

Among the supreme leadership of the order, sonorous pseudonyms were very popular, including - Spartacus (Weishaupt), Philo (Baron Kriegge), Pythagoras (Professor Westenrieder), Lucian (bookseller Nikola), Marius (Canon Hertel), Cato (lawyer Zwack).

It should be noted that management preferred to work with a diverse group of people. So, if the founder of the order chose talented people from among the students as members of the society, then Baron Krigge wanted to see only the most famous, noble and learned people in the society.

The group of Bavarian Illuminati thus included the Dukes Karl August of Weimar, Ernest II of Gotha, Ferdinand of Brunswick, many Gottingen professors, including Pestalozzi, Prince Neuvid.

The size of the Illuminati Order eventually reached two thousand people.

The activities of the Bavarian Illuminati continued until 1784-1786, then the order was defeated. Then the Elector's decree appeared, according to which the activities of all secret societies and organizations were prohibited. The Illuminati and Freemasons were forced to close their temples.

Meanwhile, the police began to conduct searches in the homes of the leaders of these societies, and discovered many interesting documents. In particular, it was then established that the order was financed by the Rothschild clan (secretly, of course).

It should be noted that such a rapid spread of the influence of the Illuminati order was based not only on the charisma and personal qualities and abilities of Weishaupt and Krigge.

Most likely, the ground was very well prepared for this influence. And here all the most interesting and even incredible things begin.

According to some scientists, the top of the Illuminati society were not people at all, but reptilian aliens who were able to take on human form...

If we turn to the meaning of the word “Illuminati,” then translated from Latin it means “enlightened ones.” This secret society, judging by some information, still exists in our time.

And it is hidden under the guise of an elite club of oligarchs, secretly intertwined with financial ties. All these oligarchs are distributed along a clear hierarchical ladder and control power, being, in fact, puppeteers in all the most significant spheres of political and economic life. The members of this club occupy the highest positions, they are very rich and consider themselves above the laws.

And lately they have been calling their organization nothing more than “The Victorious Wind of Moraya.”

Most of them belong to the richest families in the world, and they are the ones who rule the world from the shadows. These are the so-called “black nobility”, people who make decisions, write rules for rulers and governments. Their genealogy goes back many generations, going back centuries and even millennia.

At the same time, it is especially important for them to preserve the purity of blood from generation to generation.

The ultimate goal of the Illuminati is to create a one world order and a one world government.

This goal brings the Illuminati very close to the influential American-British secret society "The Committee of 300", which appears to be an integral part of the wider Illuminati system.

And finally, we should not forget that over the centuries the Illuminati created subsidiary societies and secret organizations, and in addition, political movements.

Presumably, they included Freemasons, Philadelphians, fascists, communists, and the Illuminati itself.

Therefore, it is not surprising that they managed to repeatedly change power in various states of the world, pit people against each other in wars, extracting huge profits from all this and getting closer to their goal.

It turns out that the Illuminati was very real. No, we are not talking about a “secret group that rules the world.” There was an actual historical group called the Bavarian Illuminati that was founded in Germany in the 18th century. It didn't last long, but it gave rise to numerous conspiracy theories. So, who were the real Illuminati?

Bund der Perfektibilisten.

1. "Enlightened"

Bavarian Illuminati: "The Enlightened Ones".

The name “Illuminati” is translated from Latin as “enlightened ones”. The title actually refers to a number of groups and societies in the past, both real and fictitious.

2. May 1, 1776

Bavarian Illuminati: foundation of the society on May 1, 1776.

Historically, the name usually refers to the Bavarian Illuminati. Founded on May 1, 1776, they were an Enlightenment-era secret society. The goals of the Bavarian Illuminati were actually quite noble. They wanted to oppose superstition and government abuse of power.

3. Adam Weishaupt

Bavarian Illuminati: Adam Weishaupt.

The Bavarian Illuminati Society was founded by Adam Weishaupt, a professor at the University of Ingolstadt. The Jesuit university rejected all overly liberal or Protestant ideas, so Weishaupt decided to found an underground society dedicated to promoting Enlightenment ideals.

4. Freemasonry

Few people know this today, but Adam founded his society based on the structure of Freemasonry. A logical question may well arise: why did he not become a Freemason himself, but founded his own society. It's simple - Weishaupt thought that being a Freemason was too expensive.

5. Only 10 years...

The Bavarian Illuminati lasted only 10 years.

The society lasted only 10 years. But during this time, about 2,000 people became Bavarian Illuminati. Mostly Christians with an easy-going character were accepted. Entrance to the society was closed to Jews, pagans, monks, women and members of other secret societies. Candidates also tended to be wealthy, obedient, willing to learn, and between 18 and 30 years of age.

6. Order of Cultivators

Bavarian Illuminati: Bund der Perfektibilisten.

The original society was called the Bund der Perfektibilisten (Order of Perfectors). The name was later changed because it sounded too strange.

7. Growth in the size of society

Baron Adolf von Knigge.

The highest position in society (naturally, besides the founder Adam Weishaupt) was occupied by Baron Adolf von Knigge. It was thanks to von Knigge that it was possible to attract Freemasons to the order and greatly increase the number of the Illuminati.

8. Initiation ritual

Two Grand Masters.

High-ranking members such as Adolf von Knigge advanced through the degrees of initiation (as in Freemasonry) very quickly. At each degree they gained more and more knowledge. Because Adolf von Knigge was "moving up the career ladder" too quickly, Weishaupt was forced to admit that he had not yet invented a ritual for the higher degrees of initiation. Ultimately, both men decided to work together to make the Illuminati a more attractive society for future members.

9. "Enlightened Freemasonry"

University of Ingolstadt.

After some time, Weishaupt's idea of creating "enlightened Freemasonry" began to fail. Knigge believed that one of the main reasons for this was Weishaupt's anti-religious sentiments. Although Knigge could understand the source of such sentiments (Weishaupt lived most of his life under the stranglehold of Catholicism in Bavaria), such things were very disturbing in Protestant lands.

10. Recruitment of Masons

Charles IV Theodore.

After some ups and downs of society and unsuccessful attempts to recruit Freemasons, the Illuminati's numbers began to grow sharply after Charles IV Theodore took the throne of Bavaria. Why did it happen so. Although Elector Charles IV Theodore initially liberalized the laws, he eventually repealed them. This led to a backlash among the educated classes, who then became interested in the ideas of the Illuminati.

11. Refusal of the theologian Johann Caspar Lavater

Theologian Johann Caspar Lavater.

Although the Illuminati order was relatively successful in recruiting high-ranking members of society, there were also notable failures. The Swiss poet and theologian Johann Caspar Lavater refused to allow Knigge to join the order. He did not believe that the group's humanitarian and rationalist goals could be achieved through secret means.

12. Conflict between the Illuminati and the Rosicrucians

Symbolism of the Rosicrucians.

In the early 1780s, just a few years after their founding, the Illuminati came into conflict with the Rosicrucians, who were essentially a type of Freemason. Although the Rosicrucians were Protestants, they advocated a monarchy rather than a rationalistic technocracy like the Illuminati. A technocracy is a (hypothetical) system of government consisting of scientists, engineers, or other experts in similar fields.

13. Opposition to the monarchy

Opposition to the monarchy, government and church.

Even though the Illuminati were relatively few in number, people began to learn about them due to the Illuminati's opposition to the monarchy. Combined with the fact that many members held high positions in society, this led to tension and mistrust between the Illuminati, the government, and the church.

14. Hunt for the Illuminati

Prohibition of 1784.

Alarmed by the possibility of instability in the country, the Duke of Bavaria banned all secret societies in 1784. The hunt for the Illuminati began and Weishaupt was forced to flee Bavaria.

15. French Revolution

French Revolution and Conspiracy Theory.

At the turn of the 19th century, several books and theories were published claiming that the Illuminati had survived and that they were behind the French Revolution. This conspiracy theory most likely arose because the ideals of the French Revolution were similar to those of the Illuminati.
