The reading of the prayer should be completed before sunrise. This is due to the fact that the Almighty cannot hear appeals to him during the day and therefore does not provide his help to a person.
- It is necessary for the person who has been negatively affected to read the dua against damage or the evil eye. If the patient is so exhausted that he is unable to complete this, the mission can be entrusted to an older person in your family. At the end of the prayer, he should blow on the face of the sick person.
- It is best to recite suras in the desert. But at this point in time, not many Muslims can afford this. Therefore, it is permissible to recite suras in your home, but always in complete solitude. Provide complete isolation from outside sounds.

Where does aura cleansing begin?
Cleanliness of the house is, first of all, cleaning. You must keep your home in order and in a tidy condition. Dirty dishes left in the kitchen are already a reason to attract the shaitan into the house.
One of the reliable hadiths also says: “Cover the dishes, cover the containers with water. Truly, there is a night in the year during which illness descends. And if any cup or vessel of water remains uncovered, it will certainly penetrate into it” (Muslim).
The rule of the primacy of order, inherent in the Islamic canons, is consonant with the provisions of other beliefs. Take for example such a widespread topic as karma, taken from ancient Indian philosophy.
Karma of the home and its essence from the position of Islam
Karma in the modern understanding is the energy of an object that affects others. For example, when they say “negative karma of a home,” they mean a certain house with bad energy, where a lot of troubles, quarrels, deprivations occur, families in this house are destroyed, and children become dissolute.
From an Islamic point of view, no objects have karmic forces that can affect a person’s life. The Koran clearly states that everything is according to the will of Allah, and also that people’s troubles are from themselves. Therefore, an attempt to attribute certain misfortunes to the bad karma of one’s place of residence is only a desire to find the culprit from the outside and relieve oneself of responsibility.
Therefore, the desire to cleanse the karma of the home with the help of surahs, duas and prayers is nothing more than a wrong approach to understanding the issue.
Cleansing the house with the Quran
A way to cleanse negative energy at home (which, alternatively, can be caused by the appearance of genies) is to read suras from the Koran. Quoting the verses of the Holy Book of Islam not only drives away evil spirits, but also allows angels to enter the house, fill the home with nur (light) and grace.
When addressing the question of which surahs are best to read to cleanse the house, one cannot ignore certain verses. All parts of the Koran that are recited by a person in his home have a beneficial effect on the situation in the house and on its inhabitants. However, there are some surahs and verses that are advisable to read due to their particular characteristics.
Thus, it is believed that the suras "Al-Bakara" and protect the house from Satan for three days. But these are very long Quranic verses, and not everyone can read them in one go. Therefore, we can limit ourselves to at least some verses - for example, Ayat« Al- Kursi"("Ayat of the Throne"), which is the 255th verse of the 2nd sura of the Koran:
اللّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ لاَ تَأْخُذُهُ سِنَةٌ وَلاَ نَوْمٌ لَّهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ مَن ذَا الَّذِي يَشْفَعُ عِنْدَهُ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِهِ يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ وَلاَ يُحِيطُونَ بِشَيْءٍ مِّنْ عِلْمِهِ إِلاَّ بِمَا شَاء وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ وَلاَ يَؤُودُهُ حِفْظُهُمَا وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيمُ
Allahu la ilaha illahu, al-hayyul-Qayyum. La ta-huzuhu sina-tuu-ua la naum. Lyahu ma fis-samauati ua ma fil-ard. Manzallazi yashfa-'u 'indahu illa bi-iznih? Ya'lamu ma bayna aidihim wa ma halfahum. Wa la yu-hituna bi-shayim-min ‘il-mihi illya bima sha! Ua-si-'a Kursiyuhus-Samaua-ti wal-ard; wa la ya-udu-hu hifzu-huma wa Khuual-'aliyul-'aziym.
Translation of meaning: Allah - there is no god but Him, and only He should we worship. Allah is Alive, Existing and preserves the existence of all people. Neither drowsiness nor sleep overwhelms him; He alone owns what is in the heavens and on earth; and He has no equal. Who will intercede for another before Him without His permission? Allah - glory to Him Almighty! - knows everything that has happened and what will happen. No one can comprehend anything from His wisdom and knowledge except what He allows. The Throne of Allah, His knowledge and His power are greater than the heavens and the earth, and His protection of them does not burden Him. Truly, He is the Most High, the One and the Great!
Some Islamic scholars advise resorting to surahs "An-Nur" And "Ar-Rahman", since many of the verses in them are dedicated to home and family. It is also advisable to read the last three suras of Revelation against damage and the evil eye - “Al-Ikhlas”, “Al-Falyak”, “An-Nas”.
A number of verses in the Quran serve as prayers, so they can be recited as duas. Yes, they include 81-82 verses of the sura or 115-118 verses of Surah Al-Muminun which protect against witchcraft.
It will also be useful to read certain names of Allah, which bestow peace, tranquility, and prosperity in the home. These names include:
- "Al-Halim"- He who forgives sins frees from torment;
- "Ar-Rakybu"- Monitoring the condition of His creatures and their actions;
- "Ar-Razzaqqu"- the one who creates benefits and endows His creations with them.
After reading the surahs of the Koran or repeating the names of the Almighty, it is advisable to make a dua and ask for prosperity and cleansing of the house in your prayers. Taking care of a favorable environment at home is not just a sunnah, but an important aspect in the daily life of a Muslim.
