You can pray to him in absolutely all worldly matters, if the prayer is sincere, help will definitely come.
In the morning and evening prayer rules there are prayers to the angel. They, of course, must be read daily. But besides reading, first of all, you need to exclude slyness, theft, laziness, anger and others from your life. grave sins. Start correcting your life yourself, then it will be much easier for angels and saints to help you in your prayers.

It must be remembered that icons or saints do not "specialize" in any particular area. It will be right when a person turns with faith in the power of God, and not in the power of this icon, this saint or prayer.

CATHEDRAL OF THE ARCHANGELS LEADED BY ARCHISTRATIG MICHAEL

On November 21 (8 according to the old style), the Orthodox Church established the feast of the glorification of the archangels Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, Uriel, Selaphiel, Jehudiel, Barahiel and Jeremiah.

On the icons, the Archangels are depicted in accordance with the nature of their service:

archangel Michael- "Who is like God" - such a translation from the Hebrew of this name.
Much has been written about this holy angel in both the Old and New Testaments. He is considered a "prince", "the leader of the army of the Lord", the main fighter against the devil and his wiles.
After the rebellion of the fallen angels, led by Satan, the archangel Michael was the first to fight them, and from that time he received the title of “archistrategos” - a senior warrior.

“And there was a war in Heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought against them, but they did not stand, and there was no place for them in Heaven. And the great dragon was cast down, the ancient serpent, called the devil and Satan.

The Apostle Jude briefly mentions the archangel Michael as an opponent of the devil. (Josh. 5:13; Dan. 10; 12:1; Jude 9; Rev. 12:7-9; Luke 10:18).

The Church honors Archangel Michael as a defender of the faith and a fighter against heresies and all evil. On the icons he is depicted with a fiery sword in his hand, or a spear overthrowing the devil.

Archangel Gabriel. From Hebrew - the husband of God, and in Russian the Fortress of God or the Power of God. One of the highest angels, in the Old and New Testaments, appears as a bearer of joyful gospels. He announces to the priest Zechariah in the temple about the birth of John the Baptist, the Ever-Virgin in Nazareth - about the birth of the Savior of the world. According to the Bible, he is considered the guardian angel of the chosen people. On the icons he is depicted with a branch of paradise brought by him Virgin, or with a luminous lantern in the right hand and a jasper mirror in the left.

Archangel Raphael- in Aramaic means Healing of God or Healing of God. He is a healer of human ailments.
In the "Book of Tobit" of Holy Scripture, it is described how the Archangel Raphael, in the form of a young man, helped the righteous Tobiah, he protected him from misfortunes on the way, freed Sarah, the daughter of Raguilov, from the evil spirit of Asmodeus, gave her as wife to Tobias, the son of Tobitov, removed thorn in Tobit (Tov.3, 16-17; 5,4-6; 6,8-9; 7,2-3; 11, 6-7, 10-13; 12, 6-7; 14, 15, 18). With the help of the fish that Tobias caught in the Tigris River, evil spirits were expelled, and with its bile, Tobias, on the advice of Raphael, restored his father's sight.
On the icon, the holy Archangel Raphael, a doctor of human ailments: is depicted holding a vessel (alavastre) with medical agents (medicine) in his left hand, and a pod in his right hand, that is, a clipped bird feather for anointing wounds.

Archangel Uriel - fire or light of God, enlightener. According to Orthodox Tradition Christian Church, the holy Archangel Uriel was appointed by God to guard Paradise after the fall and exile of Adam. According to the teachings of the Holy Fathers, Archangel Uriel, being the radiance of divine fire, is the enlightener of the darkened, unbelievers and ignoramuses. And the very name of the Archangel, corresponding to his special service, means the Fire of God or the Light of God.
Archangel Uriel was sent by the Lord to Ezra (3 Ezra 4, 1-50; 5) and predicted that the Savior would soon come to the people. It was about 500 years before the birth of Christ.
By icon-painting canon In the Orthodox Church, the holy Archangel Uriel is depicted holding a naked sword in his right hand against his chest, and a fiery flame in his left.

Archangel Selaphiel- God's prayer book that encourages people to pray. On the icon, the holy Archangel Salafiel, a prayer book, always praying to God for people and arousing people to prayer, is depicted with his face and eyes bowed (lowered) down, and his hands pressed (folded) with a cross on his chest, as tenderly praying. He shows us an example of how to properly pray to the Lord God.
“And so the Lord gave us a whole face of prayer angels, with their leader Salafiel,” writes Vladyka Innokenty of Kherson, “so that with the pure breath of their mouths they warm our cold hearts to prayer, so that they admonish us when and how to pray, so that they offer our very offerings to the throne of grace. When you see, brethren, on the icon of the Archangel, standing in a position of prayer, with his eyes downcast, with his hands applied with reverence to his Persians (to his chest), then know that this is Salafiel. (Cit. Op., pp. 11-12).

Archangel Yehudiel - translated into Russian, his name means God's Glorifier or God's Praise. He really, as the inscription on the fresco of the Cathedral of the Annunciation says, “has the ministry of approving people who are working in some way or, for the glory of God, intercede for them to be rewarded.” Archangel Yehudiel is considered the patron saint of monastics and, in general, of everyone who works for the glory of God. He is an intercessor and helper for these people in their affairs.
The Holy Tradition indicates that the holy Archangel Jehudiel is one of the seven Archangels, who patronized, by the Command of God, the Israelites on their way during their 40-year wandering, and the name of Jehudiel is given to that Angel who preceded the Israelites in a pillar of fire and cloud at the exit from Egypt, guarding them from their persecutors (Ex. 14:19-20).
God sent Archangel Jehudiel to help Moses and his people: “Behold, I am sending My Angel before you to keep you on the way and to lead you to the place that I have prepared for you; watch yourselves before him and listen to his voice; do not resist Him, for He will not forgive your sin, for My name is in Him” (Ex. 23:20-21)
The Archangel of God Yehudiel is depicted holding a golden crown in his right hand, as a reward from God for useful and pious labors to holy people, and in his left hand a scourge of three black ropes with three ends, as a punishment for sinners for laziness to pious labors.

Archangel Jeremiel - The name of the holy Archangel Jeremiel means in Russian the Height of God or the Elevation of God. He is sent from above from God to man in order to promote the exaltation, the return of man to God. The Archangel of God not only opens up the gloomy perspective of the sinful world, they say, the farther the worse, but also helps to see in the dying world the holy grains of eternal life. (see John 12:24). He is depicted holding a scale in his right hand.

SOME MIRACLES OF ARCHANGEL MICHAEL

Description of some miracles associated with the name of the Archangel Michael:

Miracle in Khoneh

According to legend, near Hierapolis, which is located in Phrygia, there was a spring, with the waters of which the daughter of one of the inhabitants was healed of dumbness.
At night, the archangel Michael himself appeared to the father of this girl and said that his daughter needed to drink water from the source, and she would be able to speak. And so it happened - the maiden drank water and gained speech. Seeing such a miracle, the whole family of this man was baptized (before that they were not Christians) and, in gratitude to such a miracle of God, the happy father built a temple in honor of the holy Archangel Michael near the source.

After that, many healings occurred from the source, not only for Christians, but also for pagans, who, thanks to such miracles, were baptized and converted to the faith of Christ.
During the time of Christian persecution, the Monk Archippus of Herotop served at this church for 60 years. He was a good preacher and greatly annoyed the pagan rulers with his pious life. According to his writings, many pagans converted to Christianity.
In order to destroy the church and destroy Archippus, the pagans connected two rivers and sent water to the temple. But through the prayers of St. Archippus, the Archangel Michael came to their aid, and he struck the mountain with his rod, a large gap formed in it, where streams of water went. The temple was saved.
This miracle was called the “Miracle in Khonekh”. Hony - means "hole", "cleft".

Plague in Rome

Pope Gregory the Great during the plague in Rome in 590 held a prayer service and during the procession he saw the holy archangel Michael on top of the mausoleum of Adrian, who sheathed his sword, symbolizing the end of the battle with adversity. After that, the epidemic began to recede.
A statue of the Archangel Michael was placed on top of this mausoleum, and in the tenth century this mausoleum became the Castel Sant'Angelo.

Saving Sipont, an Italian city from the siege of the Germanic tribes in 630. By the will of God and the help of the Archangel Michael, a terrible thunder began, and a fiery cloud formed, in which lightning flashed. This cloud rushed towards the attackers who fled from it.

Saving Novgorod from the invasion of Batu Khan in 1239 was due to the fact that the Archangel Michael appeared to the Khan and forbade him to fight with Novgorod.

Joan of Arc Archangel Michael patronized from childhood. It was with his help that the British were defeated at Orleans. Without the help of the archangel and other forces of heaven, the troops of the Virgin of Orleans would not have been able to win this victory.

Many descriptions have been preserved that the Archangel Michael provided assistance to the inhabitants of the Aegean coast during pirate times. Only prayers to the holy commander helped people avoid the fate of being killed, robbed or driven into slavery.

Magnification

We magnify you, Archangels, and Angels and the entire Host, Cherubim and Seraphim, glorifying the Lord.

The celebration of the Council of the Archangel Michael of God and other incorporeal Heavenly Forces was established at the beginning of the 4th century at the Local Council of Laodicea, which was several years before the First Ecumenical Council. Even in apostolic times, a false doctrine about angels was spread. Heretics appeared among Christians who worshiped Angels as gods and taught that the visible world was created not by God, but by Angels, revering them above Christ. The Council of Laodicea condemned and rejected the heretical worship of angels as creators and rulers of the world and approved the Orthodox veneration of them as servants of God, guardians of the human race. It was ordered to celebrate the Cathedral of the Archangel Michael and other Heavenly Forces on November 8, according to the old style (November 21, according to the new one).

The date of the celebration was not chosen by chance. November is the 9th month after March, which is considered the first month after the creation of the world. In commemoration of the 9 angelic ranks, it is in November - the 9th month - that the feast of the Angels is established. The 8th indicates the day Doomsday in which the Angels will take a direct part. It is they who will testify at the Judgment about our life and deeds - righteous or unrighteous. The Holy Fathers call the Day of the Last Judgment the eighth day. Time is measured in weeks (weeks). The 8th day will be the last day of the world, the day of the Last Judgment, and then “The Son of Man will come in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him”(Matthew 25:31).

angelic world

modern science is searching for intelligent beings in distant galaxies, while the other world is much closer to man. The phenomena of spiritual beings in our material world have been known for a long time, but, as a rule, a person far from the Church either completely rejects the possibility of the influence of the spiritual world on our lives, or imagines this influence in a distorted form.

Parallel to the physical world there is a spiritual world. These are spiritual beings with independent will, intelligence and capabilities that are incomparable to those of a person.

Angels for many people have long passed into the world of myths and fantasies. Today, images of them with chubby baby faces and little wings adorn shop windows during the Christmas holidays. In the minds of people, an untrue image of an Angel, a “Cupid”, has formed. However, Angels are real celestial beings that play an important role both in our lives and in world history.

Even before the creation of the visible world and man, God created the invisible world and angels. From the point of view of human perception, Angels are invisible, incorporeal beings, but in fact they have a "fire-like" body - thinner than matter known to us. They are immortal, unchanging, they have the form in which they were originally created by God (they did not have a period of infancy). The nature of Angels is spiritual, they have no gender and do not need material food and rest. They move with great speed, and, although they are not omnipresent, but limited by space (being in the sky, they cannot be on earth at the same time), their limitedness has nothing to do with earthly human limitations: walls, doors, locks cannot prevent them. The abilities and strength of Angels are very great and significantly exceed human ones: they know much more than people about God, His will, His creatures, the spiritual world, people themselves and other earthly creatures.

The fall of the morning star

The whole angelic world was endowed with great perfections and gifts. Angels, just like people, have a mind and their mind is much more perfect than a human one. Angels are eternal.

Angels, like humans, had free will. They could abuse this free will and fall into sin.

This happened to one of the most powerful, beautiful, talented and close to God supreme angels - Dennitsa, who discovered in himself a source of evil and pride and rebelled against his Creator. Satan was created by an angel in the rank of a cherub; he was “the seal of perfection, the fullness of wisdom and the crown of beauty”, lived in Eden among the “fiery stones”, but became proud (Ezek.28:17) and wished to be equal to God (Is.14:13-14). He rebelled against God and in his madness planned to overthrow the eternal Throne and himself reign in the place of God.

The spiritual world shook and some of the angels followed Dennitsa, turning into demons.

Then the leader of the Forces Heavenly Archangel Michael gathered around him legions of angels who remained faithful to God and said: "No one is like God!", - making this call to all the angels. With these words, he showed that he recognizes only one single God, the Creator and Ruler of the entire universe.

The struggle was difficult, for Dennitsa was endowed with great perfections. But the forces of good won, and Dennitsa was overthrown from heaven with all his followers to the underworld. And Archangel Michael established himself as the leader of the entire angelic world, faithful to God.

Since then, the sword has been in the hands of the archangel, because Satan, cast out from heaven, does not calm down. The fallen angels were prevented from penetrating into the higher regions of the universe and, therefore, they directed all their anger at people, and first of all at those who believe in God.

Angelic hierarchy

The number of Angels is incalculable, there are much more of them than all people, and they are all divided into ranks. Each rank carries a special service and has its own name. All ranks of the Heavenly Forces bear the common name of Angels - in essence of their ministry. The Lord reveals His will to the highest Angels, and they, in turn, enlighten the rest.

The ranks of the Angels are divided into three hierarchies - the highest, the middle and the lowest.

Each hierarchy is made up of three ranks.

The top hierarchy includes: Seraphim, Cherubim and Thrones.

seraphim(“Flaming”, “Fiery”) (Is. 6:2-3) - six-winged angels who are closest to the Most Holy Trinity. They burn with love for God and incite others to it.

Cherubim(“intercessors”, “minds, “spreaders of knowledge” (Gen 3:24; Eze 10; Ps 17:11) are four-winged and four-faced angels. Their name means: an outpouring of wisdom, enlightenment, for through them, shining with the light of God-knowledge and understanding the mysteries of God, wisdom and enlightenment are sent down for true knowledge of God.

Thrones(Col. 1:16, Eze 1:15-21; 10:1-17) - God-bearing angels by grace. They serve the justice of God. On them the Lord sits as on a throne and pronounces His Judgment.

The average angelic hierarchy is made up of three ranks: Dominions, Forces and Powers.

dominance(Col. 1:16) rule over the subsequent ranks of Angels. They instruct earthly rulers appointed by God in wise management. Dominions are taught to control feelings, to tame sinful desires, to enslave the flesh to the spirit, to dominate one's will, to overcome temptations.

Forces(1 Pet. 3:22; Rom. 8:38; Eph. 1:21) do the will of God. They work miracles and send down the grace of wonderworking and clairvoyance to the saints of God. Forces help people in bearing obediences, strengthen them in patience, bestow spiritual strength and courage.

Authorities(1 Peter 3:22; Col. 1:16) have the power to tame the power of the devil. They repel demonic temptations from people, affirm ascetics, protect them, and help people in the fight against evil thoughts.

The lower hierarchy includes three ranks: Beginnings, Archangels and Angels.

Beginnings(Rom. 8:38; Eph. 1:21; Col. 1:16) rule over the lower angels, directing them to the fulfillment of Divine commands. They are entrusted with managing the universe, protecting countries, peoples, tribes. The Principles instruct people to give each one the honor due to his rank. Leaders are taught to perform official duties not for the sake of personal glory and benefits, but for the honor of God and the benefit of their neighbors.

Archangels(1 Thess.4:16) - heavenly teachers, teach people how to act in life, preach the great and glorious gospel, reveal the secrets of faith, prophecy and understanding of the will of God, strengthen the holy faith in people, enlightening their minds with the light of the Holy Gospel.

Angels(1 Peter 3:22) are closest to people. They proclaim the intentions of God, instruct people to a virtuous and holy life. They keep believers, keep from falling, raise the fallen, never leave us and are always ready to help if we wish.

Above all nine ranks, the Lord placed the holy Archangel Michael (his name in Hebrew is “who is like God”) (Rev. 12: 7) - a faithful servant of God, for he cast down from Heaven a proud day-stand with other fallen spirits. And to the rest of the Angelic Forces, he exclaimed: “Let's hear! Let us become kind before our Creator and do not think of what is displeasing to God!”

Archangels

God gave names to all Angels. The rank of Archangels is most known to people. Translated from Greek, "Archangel" means "head of the angel." In the Orthodox Church, eight Archangels are revered.

On the icons, the Archangels are depicted in accordance with the nature of their service.

Michael(his name means “Who is like God”) - is depicted trampling the devil underfoot, holding a green date branch in his left hand, in his right hand - a spear with a white banner (sometimes a flaming sword), on which a scarlet cross is inscribed.

Gabriel("The Power of God") - the herald and minister of Divine omnipotence (Dan. 8:16; Luke 1:26); depicted with a branch of paradise, brought by him to the Blessed Virgin, or with a luminous lantern in his right hand and a jasper mirror in his left.

Raphael("God's help, healing") - a powerful healer of both people and animals (Tov. 3:16; Tov. 12:15); holds a vessel with healing potions in his left hand, and with his right hand leads Tobias carrying a fish.

Uriel(“Fire and light of God”) - dominates the heavenly bodies, enlightener (3 Ezra. 5: 20); in the raised right hand - a naked sword at chest level, in the lowered left hand - "fiery flame".

Selaphiel(“Prayer to God”) - a prayer book of God, always praying to God for people and encouraging people to pray, a prayer book for the salvation and health of people (3 Ezra 5, 16); depicted in a prayer position, looking down, arms folded across his chest.

Yehudiel(“Praise be to God”) - the patron of all who work hard, is an adviser and protector of all who work for the glory of the Lord, in particular kings, judges and other leadership positions (his name is known only from legend, in the Bible and in the Gospel it is not meets); He is depicted holding a golden crown in his right hand, as a reward from God for useful and pious labors to holy people, and in his left hand a scourge of three black ropes with three ends, as a punishment for sinners for being lazy in pious labors.

Barahiel("Blessing of God") - a distributor of God's blessing for good deeds, asking people for God's mercy (his name is known from a mention in the apocryphal book of Enoch (3 Enoch 14:17); on his clothes are many pink flowers.

Jeremiel("exaltation to God, the height of God") - is sent to a person to facilitate his return to God (3 Ezra. 4, 36); depicted holding a balance in his hand.

Archangel Michael is the main Archangel and one of the most revered biblical characters.

According to Church tradition, captured in the service of the Archangel Michael, he took part in many Old Testament events.

When the Israelites left Egypt, he led them in the form of a pillar of cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night. Through him, the Power of the Lord appeared, destroying the Egyptians and Pharaoh, who were persecuting the Israelites. Archangel Michael defended Israel in all disasters.
He appeared to Joshua and revealed the will of the Lord to take Jericho (Joshua 5:13-16). The power of the great Archangel of God appeared in the destruction of 185 thousand soldiers of the Assyrian king Sennacherib (2 Kings 19:35), in the defeat of the wicked leader Antiochus Iliodor and in the protection from fire of the three holy youths - Ananias, Azarias and Misail, who were thrown into the furnace to be burned for refusal worship an idol. (Dan. 3, 92 - 95).

By the will of God, the Archangel transferred the prophet Habakkuk from Judea to Babylon in order to give food to Daniel, who was imprisoned in the den with lions (kontakion of the akathist, 8). Archangel Michael forbade the devil to reveal to the Jews the body of the holy prophet Moses for deification (Jude 1:9).

The Holy Archangel Michael showed his strength when he miraculously saved a boy thrown into the sea by robbers with a stone around his neck off the coast of Athos (Paterik of Athos).

Since ancient times, Archangel Michael has been known for his miracles. This is a saint especially revered in Rus'. Archangel Michael is the spiritual protector of Russia, the patron of a number of regiments and ships. The Holy Archangel Michael was the patron saint of such weapons as the engineering troops of the Russian army. His image was on the coat of arms of Kyiv, Arkhangelsk was named after him. In veneration of the Archangel Michael, numerous churches were built in Russia, including the Archangel Cathedral of the Moscow Kremlin, his sculpture crowns the Pillar of Alexandria in St. Petersburg.

Orthodox Christians believe that the Archangel Michael, the glorious conqueror of the devil (“the daylight”), will not leave any Christian soul, which, after its departure from the body, undergoes air ordeals.

guardian angels

Satan with his servants takes up arms against people faithful to God, trying to push away from God and spiritually destroy every one of God's great heritage - the human race. And to help in this fierce struggle, a kind Guardian Angel is assigned to each of us.

Every Christian has a Guardian Angel, with whom he unites during the Sacrament of Holy Baptism, and who is invisibly with a person throughout his life. The task of the Guardian Angel is to contribute to the salvation of the ward. They protect our souls and bodies, intercede for them during their earthly life, pray to God for them, do not leave them, finally, after death, and lead the souls of those who have graduated from earthly life into eternity. Guardian Angels are our closest spiritual guides and patrons.

Angels appeared to people in real life in the form of people, in dreams and visions, they were perceived by the power of the consciousness cleansed of passions in “true contemplation”.

We, sinful people, do not see them as the saints see them. The biographies of the saints say that many of them saw angels weeping at the entrance to those houses where the people guarded by them indulged in a frenzy of passions. If we remember how at this time the mournful angels with tears pray to God for mercy on those people for whom Christ shed his blood and who again crucify Christ with their deeds, if we think about what dangers we are surrounded on all sides, we will understand how we need such wonderful Guardians then.

According to the teaching Orthodox Church, a person cannot know the personal name of a particular guardian angel, since the angel is given to man by God and is invisible to man. Therefore, for each guardian angel, a separate day of his public remembrance is not assigned, but special days honoring all heavenly powers, when all angelic powers are remembered. Such a common day of remembrance for all angels is November 8 (Julian style) / 21 (Gregorian) November - the Cathedral of the Archangel Michael of God and other incorporeal heavenly powers. It should be noted that the name day, or the day of the angel, despite its name, is not the day of the celebration of the guardian angel, but is the day of memory of the saint, whose name the (baptized) person bears. The Church calls to turn to the patronage and protection of angels privately, in home prayers.

In addition to personal guardian angels (assigned to each person), there are patron angels of cities and entire states. But they never quarrel, even if these states are at war with each other, but they pray to God to enlighten people and grant peace on earth.

The Fathers of the Church speak of Angels as co-workers with people. In the history and in the centuries-old experience of the Holy Church, their appearances occupy a very important place.

Fight for human souls

Every person is also hunted by demons who want to destroy his soul with the help of inspired fears, temptations and temptations. The spirits of malice have nothing to do where people already do what these spirits so desire: they betray God. Such people themselves voluntarily do their work. Their purpose is different. Their goal is to push away from God people who gravitate towards Him with their souls, people who know the sweetness of spiritual life, people who can glorify God with their lives and draw other souls to God. To crush the righteous, to bring him to temptation by a subtle temptation, to corrupt the soul, to bring it to despair - that is the aim of the enemy. The great ancient fathers of the Egyptian deserts, our Reverend Sergius and his follower, the great old man Seraphim of Sarov - they all suffered fierce attacks. The demon appeared to them in all sorts of ways. It seemed to them that their cell was collapsing, they heard terrible laughter, a roar and a howl: "Get out of here." Satan raised the elder Seraphim to a height and threw him down.

Wherever a living hearth of faith, a flaming bonfire of grace, is ready to flare up, there the demon makes every effort to extinguish this bonfire. Demons (like Angels) have different abilities: some "specialize" in greed, others incite fornication, others - anger, fourth - vanity, etc.

In the heart of every person, there is an "invisible battle" between God and the devil. But almost always God does not personally appear to people, but trusts his angels (or holy people) to convey His will. Such an order has been established by God so that a greater number of individuals will be involved (and thus sanctified) in the providence of God, and so as not to violate the freedom of people who are not able to withstand the personal manifestation of God in all His glory.

In addition, for every Christian the Church on earth with heavenly patrons uplifts special prayers and God has special care for him.

One day a priest came to Optina Elder Ambrose, who doubted the personal existence of spirits, but did not dare to express his doubts to the elder. Through his perspicacity, Father Ambrose saw these doubts without words and decided in practice to convince the priest of what he could not accept without evidence. Father Ambrose closed his eyes for several minutes, and then the priest saw that the whole air of the cell was filled to the point of cramping with terrible ghosts. He trembled all over and went cold.

There was no room for doubt. Father Ambrose then said to him:

I saw, father, - answered the priest.

And everything has been said.

The celebration in honor of the Archangel Michael takes place twice a year: November 21 This date is set in honor of the Cathedral of the Archangel Michael and other incorporeal Heavenly Forces.

1 September 9 This date is dedicated to the miracle that the Archangel Michael performed in Colosse, turning the river back and, thereby, preventing the outrage over the Christian church .

Above all 9 angelic ranks, "one of the chief princes" was appointed, "who is like God" - the holy Archangel Michael, who has unprecedented divine power and acts as an intercessor for Christians and an exorcist of Satan with his fallen angels.

Before the visible physical world was formed, the Lord of Heaven created another world, the heavenly one, where divine creations live - angels (which means “messengers” in Greek). Through the angels, the Master expresses His will. God created angels in his own image and likeness. He wished that with the participation of the will of the created angels, their perfection would take place, in other words, according to their free will for growth in godlikeness. The conditioned part of the angels, headed by the first-born of creation, Dennitsa, did not want to be likened to the Lord. However, a large share heavenly angels decided to follow the path of good deeds and loyalty to their Creator, and they expelled the infidels.

The sacred Archangel Michael was responsible for the leadership of the Heavenly host of angels. Archangel - represents the head of the warriors, and "Michael" in translation from the ancient Hebrew language means "Who is like God." This is the name of the most famous of the angels, who went on the path of Good.

Holy Scripture and legends show the names of other higher archangels:

Archangel Gabriel is the herald of the Lord, who presented the good news to the sinless righteous and the prophet Zechariah about the birth of St. John the Baptist, and later the Virgin Mary about the immaculate conception of Jesus Christ. He, many centuries earlier, was engaged in the teaching of the prophet Daniel;

Archangel Raphael - whose name means "healer of God." He is the healer of human ailments;

Archangel Uriel - carries the fire or light of the Lord. He is the enlightener of the darkened, a mention of him can be found in the book of Ezra;

Archangel Salafiel - acts as a prayer book of the Lord, who encourages people to pray;

Archangel Yehudiel - the praiser of the Lord, strengthening the faith of those working for the glory of the King of Heaven;

Archangel Varahiel - the blessing of the Lord; its distributor and praying for the blessing of the Lord for people.

Archangel Jeremiel - the exaltation of the Lord. His name was mentioned by the prophet Ezra, but the place of service of this spirit in the Divine Hierarchy is not revealed to us.

The holy archangel Raphael mentioned only seven of the above archangels: "I am one of the 7 holy angels who lift up the prayers of the saints and ascend to the glory of the Holy Lord."

If you follow the teachings of the Holy Church, then the Heavenly spirits are distributed into 9 ranks, 3 in each of the hierarchies.

The highest hierarchy, closest to the Holy Trinity, includes:

seraphim, located closest to the Lord. They were ripened by the prophet Isaiah: "The Seraphim were around Him, each of which had 6 wings."
cherubim - in other words, "much understanding or outpouring of wisdom." They are innumerable and are at the throne of God, enlightening the reasonable pupils for the vision of God;
thrones - represent the basis and god-bearers by grace and service. Through the thrones, the justice of the Lord is manifested, supporting kings, masters and judges in the work of a righteous judgment.

The middle hierarchy includes:

dominions - they rule over the lower angelic ranks, directing power to judicious possession and rule, set by the Lord to the authorities;
strength - full of spiritual firmness and sending down miracles to the Lord's saints, the ability to heal and predict the future, lend a helping hand to people in bearing obedience, strengthening the spirit in patience;
authorities - have power over Satan, protect a person from temptations, ratify good ascetics in divine exploits and labors.

The lower hierarchy also has 3 ranks:

beginnings - they guide the lower angels, instructing them; they manage the universe, protect kingdoms and peoples, instruct people in the service of others;
archangels are called great preachers, leaders of angels; they serve to understand the will of the Lord and comprehend it, passing it on to lower ranks, and those in turn to people;

angels (or as they are also called “messengers”), who guide people to live sinlessly for the King of Heaven, and are assigned to guard every Orthodox Christian to keep him from falling, under no circumstances leave the ward.

All ranks have one universal name - angels, although due to their personal position and grace they have various titles and ministries, as the high apostle Paul said: "Are they not all auxiliary spirits sent to serve?"

The celebration of the Council of the Archangel Michael of God and other incorporeal Heavenly Forces was established at the beginning of the 4th century at the Local Council of Laodicea, which was several years before the First Ecumenical Council. The Council of Laodicea, in its 35th canon, condemned and rejected heretical worship as creators and rulers of the world and approved their Orthodox veneration. A holiday is celebrated in November - the ninth month from March (from which the year began in ancient times) - in accordance with the number of 9 ranks of the Angels. The eighth day of the month points to the future Council of all the Powers of Heaven on the day of the Last Judgment of God, which the holy fathers call "the eighth day," for after this age, which goes by weeks of days, the "Oth Day" will come, and then "the Son of Man will come in His Glory and all the holy angels with him” (Matthew 25:31).

The ranks of the Angels are divided into three hierarchies - high, middle and low. Each hierarchy is made up of three ranks. The top hierarchy includes: Seraphim, Cherubim and Thrones. Closest to the Holy Trinity are the six-winged seraphim(Flaming, Fiery) (Isaiah 6:2). They burn with love for God and incite others to it.

After the Seraphim, the Lord will have many-eyed Cherubim (Genesis 3:24). Their name means: an outpouring of wisdom, enlightenment, because through them, shining with the light of the knowledge of God and the understanding of the mysteries of God, wisdom and enlightenment are sent down for true knowledge of God. Behind the Cherubim are the Thrones, God-bearing by the grace given to them for service (Col. 1:16), mysteriously and incomprehensibly bearing God. They serve the justice of God.

The average Angelic hierarchy consists of three ranks: Dominions, Powers and Powers.

dominance(Col. 1:16) rule over the successive orders of Angels. They instruct earthly rulers appointed by God in wise management. Dominions are taught to control feelings, to tame sinful desires, to enslave the flesh to the spirit, to dominate one's will, to overcome temptations.

Forces(1 Pet. 3:22) do the will of God. They work miracles and send down the grace of wonderworking and clairvoyance to the saints of God. Forces help people in bearing obediences, strengthen them in patience, bestow spiritual strength and courage.

Authorities(1 Pet. 3:22; Col. 1:16) have the power to tame the power of the devil. They repel demonic temptations from people, affirm ascetics, protect them, and help people in the fight against evil thoughts.

The lower hierarchy includes three ranks: Principles, Archangels and Angels.

Beginnings(Col.

Archangels(1 Thess. 4:16) they proclaim great and glorious gospels, reveal the mysteries of faith, prophecy and the understanding of the will of God, strengthen the holy faith in people, enlightening their minds with the light of the Holy Gospel.

Angels(1 Pet. 3:22) are closest to people. They proclaim the intentions of God, guide people to a virtuous and holy life. They keep believers, keep from falling, raise the fallen, never leave us and are always ready to help if we wish.

All ranks of the Heavenly Forces bear the common name of Angels - in the essence of their service. The Lord reveals His will to the highest Angels, and they, in turn, enlighten the rest.

Above all nine ranks, the Lord placed the holy Archangel Michael (his name in Hebrew is “who is like God”) - a faithful servant of God, for he cast down from Heaven the proud Dennitsa with other fallen spirits. And to the rest of the Angelic Forces, he exclaimed: “Let's hear! Let us become kind before our Creator and do not think of what is displeasing to God!” According to Church tradition, captured in the service of the Archangel Michael, he took part in many Old Testament events.

He appeared to Joshua and revealed the will of the Lord to take Jericho (Josh 5:13-16). The power of the great Archangel of God appeared in the destruction of 185,000 soldiers of the Assyrian king Sennacherib (2 Kings 19:35), in the defeat of the wicked leader of Antioch Iliodor, and in the protection from fire of the three holy youths - Ananias, Azariah and Misael, who were thrown into the oven to be burned for refusing to bow idol (Dan 3:92-95).

By the will of God, the Archangel transferred the prophet Avvakum from Judea to Babylon in order to give food to Daniel, who was imprisoned in the lions' den (kontakion of the akathist, 8), forbade the devil to show the body of the holy prophet Moses to the Jews for deification (Jude 1: 9), revealed his strength, when he miraculously saved a boy thrown into the sea by robbers with a stone around his neck off the coast of Athos (Athos Paterik).

Since ancient times, the Archangel Michael in Rus' has been glorified by his miracles. In the Volokolamsk Patericon, the story of the Monk Pafnuty Borovsky is given from the words of the Tatar Baskaks about the miraculous salvation of Novgorod the Great: and go to the New City and God and the Most Pure Mother of God covered it with the appearance of Michael the Archangel, and forbid him to go to him. He went to the Lithuanian castles and came to Kyiv and saw the great Michael the Archangel written above the door of the stone church and spoke with his prince, pointing with his finger: “Forbid me to go to Veliky Novgorod.”

Intercession for the Russian cities of the Most Holy Queen of Heaven has always been carried out by Her appearances with the Host of Heaven, under the leadership of the Archangel. Grateful Rus' sang the Most Pure Theotokos and the Archangel Michael in church hymns. Many monasteries, cathedral, palace and towns, are dedicated to the Archangel. In ancient Kyiv, immediately after the adoption of Christianity, the Archangel Cathedral was erected and a monastery was built. Archangel cathedrals stand in Smolensk, Nizhny Novgorod, Staritsa, a monastery in Veliky Ustyug (beginning of the 13th century), a cathedral in Sviyazhsk. There was no city in Rus' where there would not be a temple or a chapel dedicated to the Archangel Michael. One of major temples the city of Moscow - the temple-tomb in the Kremlin - is dedicated to him. Numerous and beautiful are the icons of the Chief of the Higher Forces and his Cathedral. One of them - the icon "Blessed Host" - is written for, where the holy warriors - Russian princes - are depicted under the leadership of the Archangel Michael.

from Scripture and Holy Tradition Archangels are also known: Gabriel - the fortress (strength) of God, the herald and minister of Divine omnipotence (Dan. 8:16; Lk. 1:26); Raphael - God's healing, healer of human ailments (Tov. 3:16; Tov. 12:15); Uriel - fire or light of God, enlightener (3 Ezra 5:20); Selaphiel is God's prayer book, inciting to prayer (3 Ezra 5:16); Jehudiel - glorifying God, strengthening those who work for the glory of the Lord and interceding for recompense for their deeds; Varahiel - the distributor of God's blessing for good deeds, asking people for God's mercy; Jeremiel - exaltation to God (3 Ezra 4:36).

On the icons, the Archangels are depicted in accordance with the nature of their service:

Michael- tramples the devil with his feet, holds a green date branch in his left hand, in his right - a spear with a white banner (sometimes a flaming sword), on which a scarlet cross is inscribed.

Gabriel- with a branch of paradise, brought by him to the Blessed Virgin, or with a luminous lantern in his right hand and a jasper mirror in his left.

Raphael- holds a vessel with healing potions in his left hand, and with his right hand leads Tobias, carrying a fish.

Uriel- in the raised right hand - a naked sword at chest level, in the lowered left hand - "fiery flame".

Selaphiel- in a prayer position, looking down, arms folded on his chest.

Yehudiel- in the right hand holds a golden crown, in the shuitz - a scourge of three red (or black) ropes.

Barahiel- There are a lot of pink flowers on his clothes.

Jeremiel- Holds a scale in his hand.

Cathedral of St. Archangel Michael and other incorporeal Heavenly Forces - a holiday of prayerful glorification of the Heavenly Forces. During the pernicious fall into the pride of the highest angel Lucifer (translated from Latin: Luminous, or morning star: Dennitsa), who became Satan (the enemy of God) and carried away a third of the angels who became demons, St. Archangel Michael, having gathered all the ranks and armies of the angels, loudly exclaimed:

“Look, let us become good before our Creator and let us not think about what is contrary to God! Let us remember what suffered those who were created together with us and hitherto, together with us, were partakers of the Divine Light! Let us see how, for the sake of pride, they suddenly fell from the Light into darkness and from on high fell into the abyss! Let us remember how the Dennitsa, rising in the morning, slept from the sky and lamented on the ground "( St. Gregory the Dialogist. Commentary 4 on the Gospel).

In the battle with Satan and his demons, the angels faithful to God won the victory, Satan was cast out of heaven. For such fidelity, St. Archangel Michael was appointed by God the Archangel (in Greek - the supreme commander) the leader of the Heavenly Forces, who remained faithful to the Lord and sing of His glory. The name Michael itself means in Hebrew "Who is like God". And this alone says how highly he is revered by the Holy Church. He possesses extraordinary spiritual strength, with which he conquers all the intrigues of the devil.

On this occasion, St. Gregory the Great writes that while other angels appear to bring people some kind of message, Archangel Michael is sent whenever the miraculous power of God should appear. Almost all major events Biblical stories take place with the participation of the Archangel Michael.

The Church Fathers wrote that St. Archangel Michael was a cherub placed at the gates of Paradise to guard the path to the tree of life (Gen. 3:24), he also led the Israelites during the Exodus from Egypt (Ex. 14:19; 23:20), through him God gave ten commandments, he stood in the way of Balaam (Numbers 22:22) and defeated the army of the Assyrian king Sennacherib (2 Kings 19:35). In the book we read: “But the prince of the kingdom of Persia stood against me for twenty-one days; but, behold, Michael, one of the first princes, came to help me, and I remained there with the kings of Persia ”(10:13) And further, in chapter 12:“ And at that time Michael, the great prince, who stands for the sons of your people, will rise » (12:1). The name of Michael the Archangel is also mentioned in Revelation: “And there was a war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought against them ... And the great dragon was cast down, the ancient serpent, called the devil or Satan, who deceives the whole universe, thrown down to earth, and the angels were thrown down with him" (12:7).

Based on such passages in Holy Scripture, St. Archangel Michael is considered in the Church to be the patron and protector of the people of God - first the Hebrew people of Israel, in which the prophets proclaimed the incarnation of the Savior. After the Jews fell away into the service of their new "father" - the devil (John 8:44), St. Archangel Michael becomes the guardian of the New Israel - all Christians and Orthodox Rus' as the most Christian people.

“Since ancient times, the Archangel Michael in Rus' has been glorified by his miracles. Intercession for the Russian cities of the Most Holy Queen of Heaven has always been carried out by Her appearances with the Host of Heaven under the leadership of the Archangel” (“Menaion”). So, according to legend, when Batu Khan was heading to Novgorod in 1239, St. Archangel Michael appeared to him and forbade him to enter the city. Entering Kiev, Batu saw over the doors of one of the churches the image of St. Michael and, pointing to him, said to his kagans: "This forbade me to go to Veliky Novgorod."

The veneration of the Archangel Michael by the Russian princes was expressed in a prayerful appeal for help in moments of danger, before the start of decisive battles and in general during the war. Our ancestors created many temples in honor of the Archangel. In Kiev, immediately after the Baptism of Rus', the Archangel Cathedral was created, then in almost all Russian cities, the princes asked for blessings in these temples at the wedding to the kingdom, at the baptism of heirs, before their death. Images of St. The archangel was placed on princely combat helmets, personal seals, coats of arms, and banners. All this was determined by a special attitude towards the Archangel Michael as the defender of Russian statehood. For the icon "Blessed Host" was painted ( see below), where the holy warriors - Russian princes - are depicted under the leadership of the Archangel Michael.

In iconography, the Archangel Michael is depicted with a sword as a defending warrior, or with a spear striking the serpent-Satan. Being himself a warrior against the army of the first revolutionary - Satan, Archangel Michael gives special help to those who also actively oppose the forces of evil and the enemies of God. Therefore, he is considered the patron of the Russian army, fighting for a just cause. The retaining Orthodox Empire, more than anyone else, deserved such help from St. Archangel of the army of God, therefore he is depicted on many Russian military banners.

They chose St. Archangel Michael and the Russian Black Hundreds of the 20th century, who took the path of resolute opposition to the revolutionary forces of evil, in which we cannot do without the support of the leader of the angelic host. This day was created in 1905 (and). In 1921, this day opened, on which the Russian Church Abroad was formed.

For us, the image of St. Michael the Archangel trampling down Satan is a symbol of Christian optimism. He points out to us that although the world lies in evil, evil is not omnipotent. It can and must be resisted, this is our task. And we believe and know that in the end earth history evil will be defeated, and people faithful to the Lord will be saved to eternal life in the transfigured world of the Kingdom of God. And one of the most important ways salvation is resistance to evil.

Therefore, our website of the publishing house "Russian Idea" is overshadowed by the image of the Archangel Michael with such a prayer to him:

Be the leader and soratai invincible to our Christ-loving army, crowning it with glory and victories over adversaries, may all those who oppose us know that God and His holy angels are with us.

ON THE HEAVENLY HIERARCHY

On behalf of myself and on behalf of the RNU OOPD, I congratulate Mikhail Viktorovich on Angel Day! I am sure we will win after passing the test!

Dear Mikhail Viktorovich, I congratulate you on Angel Day! God's help in labor!

I join in the congratulations to Julia. I thank the Lord that there is you and your site, which helps to live in our difficult, false time. You read, you communicate - it seems to be easier. Thanks to you and all associates. Take care of yourself, we really need you. Thank God for everything!

We magnify Thee, the holy Archangel of God Michael, and you holy archangels, angels, principles, authorities, thrones, dominions, powers, cherubim and fearful seraphim, glorifying the Lord!
Daily prayer to the Archangel of God Michael: "Archangel of God Michael, take away from me with your lightning sword the spirit of the evil one that tempts me. O great Archangel of God Michael, the conqueror of demons! Defeat and crush all my enemies, visible and invisible, and implore the Lord Almighty to have mercy on Russia and cleanse his people from madness. He will restore the throne of Orthodox tsars, let the beautiful symphony sound: Patriarch + Tsar. Russia will fulfill its destiny, like the Third Rome. Take away the filthy yoke of the Jews and destroy all the enemies of holy Russia. Save Russia from hunger, war, deadly ulcers, terrible cataclysms and vain death.Amen

Father John, why did you put the Anointed of God the Tsar, the Christ of the Lord, behind the chosen Patriarch of men? And what symphony are you referring to? The Russian symphony through God's Anointed Tsar John the Terrible is shown to us by God in the Russian Great Coat of Arms. It still sounds graphically like an icon! And what is "let a beautiful symphony sound: Patriarch + Tsar" is not clear ?!

Didn't the patriarchs anoint the kings on the throne? Peter I, the first to break this symphony?
Much is not clear to our people who received the Soviet legacy - madness. Therefore, the prayer clearly states that if the Patriarch-Tsar symphony is not restored, then the liberation of Russia from the Jewish yoke will remain in dreams. Many find it difficult to "give" this prayer. Well, then, for a start, pray like this: "Archangel Michael of God, wrest from me with your lightning sword the spirit of the evil one that tempts me."

The Black Hundreds are more correctly called skinheads-1905. These are drug addicts, alkanauts, people without special morals and not a rich mental arsenal. By the way, the Black Hundred movement dealt the most powerful blow to Russia, unlike other similar pre-revolutionary movements. It is not for nothing that the Black Hundreds, that skinheads have been developed in their research institutes by world Zionists since time immemorial. Of course, you can tear your throat while defending the pseudo-patriotism that has been fashionable lately, only the fact remains. There is the seal of Cain and punishment for the nation-people who sin against God. KILL THE BLACK Hundred (SKINHEAD) SAVE THE NATION.

The Patriarch, as a clergyman, fulfilled his duty in the Sacrament of Confirmation to the Kingdom, and God anointed the King on the Throne. In the Sacrament, the King himself placed the royal crown on his head. In the Orthodox Church (including the Russian Church) there has always been a Tsar-Patriarch, and Emperor Peter the Great never violated this God-given symphony of authorities. It is obvious.

The greatness of the power of the Tsar has always been supported by his anointing. Now, especially zealously do the emphasis on this tsarebozhniks. Indeed, Orthodox Tsars are Anointed, but not in the same sense as the Old Testament ones. Those were anointed with absolute power over their people both in civil and in spiritually. The New Testament says nothing about the anointed kings. This was introduced and developed by the Church and not without the knowledge of the emperors during the time of the freedom of Christianity. Therefore, autocracy with power over the Church is a human invention, created to please the all-powerful breadwinner. The emperors immediately take upon themselves, with the consent of the subordinate bishops, the right to preside over the Council and appoint patriarchs. In Rus', the princes tried to stay within the framework of the symphony, but already the first tsar, Ivan the Terrible, began to appoint metropolitans at his own discretion. Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich seeks the deposition of Patriarch Nikon, and Peter the Great finally subjugates the Church, abolishing the patriarchate and creating the Senate and Synod subordinate to himself.

O. John You write "The greatness of the power of the King was always supported by his anointing." Now, especially zealously, the tsarebozhniks are emphasizing this. Indeed, the greatness of the Power of the Tsar is in its truth and legitimacy. Indeed, in the Sacrament of Confirmation for the Kingdom, the King receives Power from God. Therefore, the Sacrament testifies that the Power of the Tsar is the True Power. Like a husband in a family, so is the King in the country - a natural, God-given Lord and Father, His Power is sacred and similar to the Power of the King of Heaven. Therefore, every legitimate husband in the family and God's Anointed King in the State of God's Chosen People and the Orthodox Church is a living icon of the Lord and our God Jesus Christ. And the "kings" are, obviously, those who love the Father and naturally recognize His Power. In this sense, probably, all the Angels in the Kingdom of Heaven are kings. O. John if “the monocracy with power over the Church is a human invention, created to please the all-powerful breadwinner”, then how to understand the power of the husband in the family? Is this also a fabrication? But after all, everyone knows that a husband does not need to take power in the family, it is given to him by God naturally. The husband is the master in all family matters and he alone is the father. The father (and only he) can gather the family for a responsible meeting, he can rebuke any member of the family and point out mistakes to him. The husband loves his wife to the point of jealousy and will not tolerate from her not only fornication, but even unworthy flirting. The word of the Father in the family is always with power and love. The father is also the guarantor of all family decisions. Where is the imagination here? Whoever does not love the King does not love God. God this image no one can change the symphony of the authorities (see the Russian Great Emblem). All changes are lies, and lies are always temporary, i.e. distorts the Truth until the time that God will allow. Establish, God, the Holy Orthodox Faith!

The symphony of ecclesiastical and civil authorities was established with the adoption of Christianity by the Emperor Constantine and the declaration of the Church free. Emperor Justinian legitimized it in the 6th short story: “The greatest gifts of God, given to people by the highest philanthropy, are the priesthood and the kingdom. The first serves the affairs of God, the second takes care of the affairs of men. Both come from the same source and adorn human life. Therefore, kings are most concerned about the piety of the clergy, who, for their part, constantly pray to God for them. When the priesthood is blameless, and the kingdom exercises only legal authority, there will be good harmony between them, and everything that is good and useful will be given to mankind. Emperor John Komnenos describes the essence of the symphony even more clearly in a letter to Pope Honorius in the twelfth century: by divine right, they received the power to bind and loose all men. And the other thing is the power of the world, the power turned, turned to the temporal according to the divine word: render to Caesar what is Caesar's, what belongs to him, the power contained in the sphere belonging to it. These two dominating powers in the world, although separate and different, act for mutual benefit in harmonious combination, aiding and supplementing one another. They can be compared with the two sisters - Martha and Mary, who are narrated in the Gospel. A common good results from the consensual discovery of these two authorities, and a great sin results from their hostile relations ”(A.P. Lebedev, “History of Byzantium”, p. 416).

Consider the visible and comprehend the invisible - this is how the Holy Fathers of the Orthodox Church teach us - and have Faith. God is always and everywhere and in everything. Everything flows before our eyes and everything changes in this world, but the Truth of God reigns forever and the Law of God is the Pillar and Affirmation of the entire Universe, and everything has its time. The husband is from the wife and the wife through the husband (this is visible), but the head of the wife is the husband (this is the invisible law of God).
Let's take an example from the Sacrament of the Wedding. In this Sacrament, the Lord blesses the small Kingdom through His servant, the clergyman. In this small Kingdom, the husband receives the legitimate Authority of the Lord and Father from God, and not from the clergyman. He does not need to prove this Power, nor to assert it, nor to win it back from his wife and children, whom God has given him. The legitimate power of the husband is always natural and sacred, i.e. Given by God. In a family where the Law of God is not violated, God rules through the husband. Love and Truth reign in such a family, the hierarchy of Power established by God (from the husband, the Lord and Father, to the wife and children), there is no power struggle in it, and the members of this family prosper. Probably, the holy Emperor Justinian wrote about this.

There is one Lord, one Faith and one Baptism. Just as the Lord cannot be divided, so His Power is one and indivisible, and the earthly Kingdom of the God-chosen Russian People is an icon of the Kingdom of Heaven. The true power in the world, both spiritual and lordly, is light from Light. That is why the Holy Apostle said, “For there is no Power, if not from God,” i.e. in the small kingdom through her husband, and in the big kingdom through the Anointed of God, the Autocratic Tsar, acting. Without a true husband and without a true Tsar, anti-authority dominates both in the family and in the State. That which was not revealed to the Emperors of the Second Rome, the Lord God revealed to the holy and faithful Kings and Emperors of the Third Rome. Some sow and others reap, but sowing and reaping are from the Lord, and all who have labored for the glory of God will rejoice. The doctrine of Royal Power was completed through the Anointed of God Tsar John the Terrible. It was through this King that God showed us what is true Power and what is the true symphony of powers. Our ancestors understood this well in the Time of Troubles, and left us the Russian Testament - the Cathedral oath of 1613 for the Russian family. And all the Tsars of Russia faithfully observed this Covenant - to keep the Royal Power of the Anointed of God from the Romanov family until the second and glorious coming of the Lord and our God Jesus Christ!

Thank you very much for your work. This information is required for every Orthodox person. You are doing a great job, as many young people find it easier to go to the Internet than to look for information in books.
Save me, God!

Thank God for everything. Happy holiday, Orthodox.

O. John:
-... there are many patriarchs, but God's anointed one and he is Christ, the living icon of our Savior on earth... Is it worth talking about the apostasy of the patriarchy on such a holiday?

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE UNION OF THE RUSSIAN PEOPLE AND ALL ORTHODOX CHRISTIANS ON THE HOLIDAY!

Happy Holidays to all the faithful.

to accept the Tsar's Power of the Anointed of God from the Romanov family was and remains a crime. The Romanovs did not baptize Rus', but is "choosing a king" like a modern presidential election? Horror ... 400 skillfully compost brains, there is no end in sight to this. The state of Rus' is a form of cohabitation of one family of princes Rurikovich, which is the historical owner of this state, its empirical personification, and, most importantly, the ideal form of being of this state. So, the foundation on which Rus' is built and functions is formed precisely around the metaphor of the family - as an inseparable body, the property of the clan and the only "corporation" of the Rurikovich.

The princely family, therefore, exists not only empirically, it is a metaphysical integrity. As the present time is a kind of repetition of the past, so the living princes are the restoration, the “revival” of the dead ancestors.

The princely family is outside the usual dimensions, it exists in eternity.

Russia is ruled not by any particular prince, not even by a set of living relatives, but by an endless series of generations spread over time (just as in the past). As Metropolitan Nikifor reminded Monomakh: “You are the last ones to rule in childbirth and childbirth.”

When patronage is for the land, the state belongs to the entire set of generations of the dynasty - past, present and future, then princely holiness automatically belongs to the sacred family of the Rurik princes - the Baptists of Rus'.
